*NFC NORTH*

.) Chicago Bears - I actually think they'll tie w/ the Packers, but win the division by virtue of a tiebreak. The Bears were the Cinderella team last season, winning many games by absolute miracles. I think they'll prove they're for real this season, but it all hinges on Jim Miller opening up the passing game to free up A-Train.
.) Green Bay Packers - They'd be a shoo-in for winning the division if they weren't starting over w/ a complete new corps of the WRs. Bill Schroeder and Antonio Freeman have been replaced by Terry Glenn and ??? Donald Driver? Javon Walker? Robert Ferguson? Good thing the GB defense is superb, and they still have the almighty Brett Favre.
.) Minnesota Vikings - So you plan to get Randy Moss the ball more, maybe 40% of the time. Why announce it to the whole world?? Now all their opponents will key on him, forcing Daunte Culpepper to look for other options. Then Moss will start bitching. Then we have 2001 all over again. However, look for RB Michael Bennett to bust out.
.) Detroit Lions - Boy, I hope they go 0-16. I think they're worse than the expansion Houston Texans. Things are looking up though, w/ the addition of QB Joey Harrington. New additions to WR include Bill Schroeder, a poor man's Ed McCaffrey, and Az-Zahir Hakim, who can make plays if he learns to stop fumbling.
